If you have ability to challenge to stay without sleep for 72 hours then you can apply for`Challenge` reality show that almost looks like `Big Boss` in Zee Kannada for Lokesh Productions.

According to doctors advice two days of 48 hours no sleep is OK. But it is one more day without sleep in this reality show. A risky one indeed! Srujan Lokesh and Rajesh Nagaranga working for this as producer and director respectively traced a person not sleeping for 11 days.

A doctor certificate is a must for this contestant. A doctor and Ambulance will be present on all the 72 hours of shooting that is telecast in 39 episodes.  The maximum dozing time given is 10 seconds. When the contestants go for ablution they have to keep on singing and an alarm bell is also kept at that time.

Challenge in Lokesh Productions is telecast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 8 pm. At 9 pm is `Crazy Couple`.

The contestants are given Rs.1 lakh as they enter the game show. They have to spend from that money for their living of three days of 72 hours. What they save is their take home prize money says Srujan Lokesh.
